PT Best Cable Service is committed to providing professional assistance and guidance regarding business internet, wireless, and commercial TV solutions.

Because we operate as an authorized dealer, billing and service charges are governed primarily by the service provider’s terms and policies.

Please review the information below regarding refunds.

🔷 AUTHORIZED DEALER STATUS

PT Best Cable Service provides access to business services as an authorized dealer.

We do not own or operate the telecommunications networks that provide internet, wireless, or commercial TV services.

All service-related billing, contracts, installation fees, equipment charges, and promotional credits are determined and processed by the respective service provider.

🔷 DEALER SERVICE FEES

PT Best Cable Service does not charge customers a separate fee for basic inquiry assistance or availability verification.

If no direct payment is made to PT Best Cable Service, there are no dealer fees eligible for refund.

🔷 PROVIDER BILLING & REFUNDS

If you are billed by a telecommunications provider for:

  • Internet service

  • Wireless service

  • DIRECTV for Business service

  • Equipment fees

  • Installation charges

  • Early termination fees

You must contact the service provider directly to request refunds, billing adjustments, or cancellations.

Refund eligibility, processing timelines, and credits are subject to the provider’s policies and contractual terms.

🔷 ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel a service order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible for guidance

  • If the order has not yet been activated, cancellation may be possible

  • Once service is activated, provider contract terms will apply

Cancellation policies and early termination fees may apply depending on the service agreement.

🔷 NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are generally not refundable through PT Best Cable Service:

  • Charges issued directly by service providers

  • Installation fees processed by providers

  • Equipment charges billed by providers

  • Early termination fees

  • Promotional credits that are reversed due to contract cancellation

All such matters are governed by provider agreements.

🔷 REFUND REQUESTS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you believe a direct payment was made to PT Best Cable Service and may qualify for review, please contact us with:

  • Full name

  • Business name

  • Contact information

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Refund requests will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.

Approval of refunds, if applicable, is at the sole discretion of PT Best Cable Service and subject to applicable policies.

🔷 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PT Best Cable Service is not responsible for:

  • Provider billing disputes

  • Service interruptions

  • Network performance issues

  • Installation delays

  • Provider contract disputes

All activated services are subject to provider terms and conditions.
